I stumbled upon it as it was just the first place that had an... early appointment and I was extremely lucky.Dr. Avi and the team at Smile Solutions are extremely professional, gentle and possess just a touch of humour to ease the nerves of dental fear. They took the time to explain the process to me, checked in throughout the procedure, ensured I was not in pain, provided detailed aftercare instructions & most importantly knew what they were doing.I’ve ended my dentist shopping journey and will be sticking to Dr. Avi and the team here. I've been meaning to write this review for a while, here we go.First off this practice is located in an absolutely stunning building and... has well maintained the buildings charm.As a person who suffers from dental anixety and frequent dental issues I've visted the practice quite a few times and can say. The team here is simply put the best, from the front desk that make you feel welcome, to the assistants and doctors who are highly skilled at what they do. I've only had the pleasure of dealing and getting treated by Dr's Tayla & Miranda but I can guarantee that all the practitioners at this clinic will be great. Dr Tayla is Awesome, she made my concerns feel heard, kept me at ease & informed about what's going on and was just so accommodating and professional. I've done numerous treatments with her and I completely trust her with my dental health and will never doubt a word she says. I've also had the honor of meeting Dr Miranda who is really one of the kindest people I've ever met, she's warm and genuinely cares about her paitents and there issues. Smile Solutions elimanted my anxiety about dental work and make every visit an enjoyable experience. - Promotion valid on our 2025 Invisalign pricing. Any quote received prior will be re-quoted with the 2025 pricing.
- Payment plans will be processed through Humm with fortnightly repayments via credit/debit card (direct debit). Patients may be required to put down a deposit of up to 20%. Set-up fees of up to $60 and transaction fees of up to $8 per month will be charged by Humm.
- Offer is not valid for patients who are already in treatment and/or who have signed an orthodontic agreement with Collins Street Orthodontics.
- Any medical and dental procedure, including orthodontics and Invisalign, carries some inherent risk; we advise you to seek a second opinion from an appropriately qualified dentist or registered specialist orthodontist before proceeding.
- Orthodontic/Invisalign treatment will only be performed by our orthodontists if it is deemed at the consultation visit that such treatment is required, and of benefit to the patient. Smile Solutions does not encourage and will not partake in the indiscriminate or unnecessary use of any health services.
- Informed consent will be sought prior to the commencement of any treatment, and the patient and our treating orthodontist will discuss the outcome expectations of the patient prior to the commencement of any treatment.
- Our treating Specialist Orthodontists will determine which course of orthodontic treatment is most suitable based on the patient’s previous orthodontic history, presenting dental condition, and outcome expectations.
- Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer at Smile Solutions.
- Invisalign $1500 off Offer is only available on Invisalign Comprehensive cases. This does not include Invisalign Express, Lite or Moderate, or any other type of orthodontic treatment such as metal, clear or lingual braces. Moderate, Lite & Express Invisalign cases will receive 15% off.
- There is a $100 consultation fee with a specialist orthodontist which is in addition to the treatment cost.
- Offer includes OPG and Lat Ceph X-rays which will be bulk billed by Medicare, or private health rebate only.
- Free Zoom in-chair teeth whitening at Smile Solutions will be provided at completion of your orthodontic treatment (valued at $375). Free Zoom in-chair teeth whitening cannot be used separately and is only valid as part of this exclusive ‘JACQUIFELGATE‘ Invisalign offer. In-chair teeth whitening offer not redeemable for cash.
- Further discount on your treatment is only available at the discretion of the treating provider.
- Packages: customer to choose one package to add onto their promotion. Either whitening package, cosmetic, injectables or flexi. Cannot be swapped, or combined after signing financial agreement.
- Flexi package cannot be put towards orthodontic treatment at Collins Street Orthodontics, or used to purchase products at Smile Solutions.
