I’ve had two great consultations at Smile Solutions. The whole experience from the initial call, to the staff at the reception and all of the dentists/orthodontists have been truly wonderful. I recently had a general dental check up with Dr Miranda who was so extremely gentle and understanding. Would highly recommend.

I recently visited Dr. Ryan Sherry for a tooth extraction and denture. He was super friendly and made the whole experience way less stressful than I expected. Everything went smoothly, and he explained things really well. Definitely recommend him if you're looking for a good dentist. 10/10

She takes the time to listen carefully and explains everything clearly, working closely with you to ensure that your treatment is tailored to your needs. Every visit has been a positive experience. She is an amazing dentist, and I’m extremely satisfied with the quality of her work!

I had my dental check-up and cleaning with Natasha this afternoon, and wow, what a fantastic experience! She was incredibly thorough, kind, and took the time to explain everything with such clarity. Alice and Morin, the nursing team, were absolutely lovely - they helped me feel so comfortable and completely at ease. I most definitely recommend them for a positive and professional dental visit!

Another stellar visit March 2026, this time for my 97-and-a-half year old Mum, who despite her age, is in remarkable condition and health, and she takes very good care of her oral hygiene. On this occasion, however, we needed immediate attention, as one of Mum's 40+ year old incisor caps came off while she was using a sturdy pikster. Miraculously, I found it - thanks to God ! - intact on the floor beneath her bed, and before the aged care home cleaners came through with their vacuum cleaner ! We also had the good fortune of getting an appointment the very next day, with Dr. Amina Barucija and Poppy. I would like to express my gratitude to Dr. Amina and Poppy for their great kindness, patience, and sensitivity to the needs of a very old person, and for their swift, professional and clearly explained steps to remedy and re-glue Mum's cap back in place. It was a relief to both her and me that this could be done. We highly recommend Dr Amina Barucija, and the Smile Solutions team ! Thank you !

This is my second review of Smile Solutions, as I wanted to express my amazement with the efficiency of the new Cerac crown process (where everything is completed within a two hour session, instead of the older porcelain veneer method, with two separate visits two weeks apart). I also want to give enormous thanks to the wonderful, cheery Dr Casey Edgar, whose remarkable technical skill gave me the most beautiful molar crown, in what has been the best-ever crown experience I've had over the ten years I've attended Smile Solutions. I also acknowledge Dr Edgar's understanding and patience in dealing with some initial uncertainty I had about the process, and about my tooth, and for helping me to challenge my assumptions about doing things the same old way. There is no going back now ! Thanks so much Dr Casey, I feel like I've reached a new milestone in my dental journey. All the best, Maggie

Smile Solutions General Dentist Dr Sandy Copeland is just brilliant. She understands my needs (before major dental work I take medication to get down my heart rate), she has a friendly, calm, warm manner and her technical skills are excellent. I feel completely comfortable under her care and I highly recommend her to any dental patient who may feel anxiety as I do. Thank you both to Dr Copeland and the Smile Solutions team, I would not think of going any where else.

I had a check-up and clean today with Natasha and she was amazing! She was gentle, thorough, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the appointment. The nursing team, Alice and Poppy, were also extremely professional and friendly. Overall, a great experience. My new favourite dentist!

I put off going to the dentist for far too long because, honestly, I was anxious and nervous about it. I wasn’t sure if it would even be worth the stress - but I’m so glad I finally went. Seeing Dr Rosemary completely changed how I feel about visiting the dentist.

I feel so lucky to have found Dr. Rosemary Han! She is not only an excellent dentist but also an amazing listener who truly takes the time to understand your concerns. Before my appointment, I noticed she was treating an elderly patient with such patience and kindness — you could instantly tell how caring she is. My experience was amazing. I cannot express how helpful the team were. I live in remote Tassie and needed a splint. I took the most of a trip I did to Melbourne and had an appointment to get it done as there are no dentists that provide that service in my town. The customer service was outstanding from the very first interaction. They found the perfect slot to see me and once the splint was made they sent it to my home in Tassie. I had my consultation with Dr. Natasha Hremias and she was also very warm and understanding.

Absolutely fantastic experience with Dr James Tomazos at Smile Solutions! I’m usually a very anxious patient when it comes to the dentist, but Dr Tomazos and the team made me feel completely at ease from the moment I walked in. The service was friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. Dr Tomazos answered all my questions with such patience and clarity—it really helped calm my nerves.

Thanks to Laura at the front desk on ground floor. When I was new to the city, I walk in, and she recommended me a very caring dentist, Dr Anthony for general check and later, Dr David for my braces. Till to date, I can always go to Laura if I have any questions.

Yesica is very friendly and professional, has a lot of patience with me (as I am very nervous with this).

I visited smile solutions today to have some fillings done. I saw Dr Miranda and her nurse Bianca and would recommend them highly. I was anxious at first but they were incredible, and instantly put me at ease. The pair worked so seamlessly together. Miranda was incredibly thorough and informative which I really appreciated. Bianca was fantastic and made me feel so comfortable the entire time. I’ve genuinely never enjoyed a visit to the dentist more.

I’ve been visiting Smile Solutions General Dental Practice for routine check-ups, cleans and dental work and every experience has been excellent. Dr. Silvia is fantastic—thorough, gentle, and highly professional. Nurse Jenny is attentive and ensures I’m comfortable throughout every visit. Since I have a jaw issue, they always check in before continuing with the clean, which I truly appreciate. From experience, Dr. Silvia and Jenny work seamlessly as a team, making each visit more pleasant. Their care and professionalism make a real difference.
